If your event was cancelled due to COVID-19, you are eligible for a full refund and given the option to donate the value of your ticket.
The only cost that isn’t refunded is the booking fee which is a rule set by our ticketing agencies.
You will be contacted by the ticketing provider about your refund directly.
If you do not hear from them about your refund by Tuesday 8 February please contact the ticketing providers (Ticketmaster or iTICKET) directly, or if you need more support email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you purchased your tickets through the Aotearoa New Zealand Festival of the Arts directly please contact the Aotearoa New Zealand Festival of the Arts ticketing team by emailing email@example.com.
