Accessing Online Events
Online Events can be accessed on your phone, laptop and cast to your TV using the unique access code emailed to you by noreply@tikstream.com, which is available to access from the day the event is live until 3 April 2022.
Your unique access code will only be able to be used once, on one device.

Recordings
You are not permitted to make your own video or audio recordings of the Online Events or use, distribute and/or re-distribute any photographs or screenshots of the Online Event for any purpose, unless expressly permitted by the Festival.
Privacy
For Festival Online Events the online streaming provider is Tikstream, please refer to Tikstream Terms and Conditions and Privacy Conditions at www.tikstream.com.
Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for Online Events where the customer’s access to online services is impeded or impaired due to technical issues determined to be out of the Festival’s control, including but not limited to; customer internet service provider issues such as downtime, speeds or bandwidth, localised browser and/or firewall restrictions, and user issues not replicable by our technical team.
Ticket and Viewing Price
Festival Online Events operate on a ‘pay what you can’ basis, that means you can decide how much you choose to pay to experience Festival events. The minimum cost to pay for a Festival experience is $1. Please consider your chosen price based on whether you are watching as an individual or in a group.
