Enter our draw for a chance to win a unique food and theatre experience at Circa Theatre on Friday 17 August as part of Visa Wellington on a Plate. The VIP experience begins with a Bistro style two-course meal with a glass of wine at Circa Theatre’s Café and Bar along with two top seats to the improvised play, The Dinner.
The Dinner runs at Circa Theatre on Wellington waterfront from Fri 10–Sat 25 August: Tues–Thu 5pm–8.30pm, Fri & Sat 6.30pm–10.30pm & Sun 4pm–7.30pm. Tickets $99 for dinner and play.
The Dinner
It’s you who’s cooking up this play! Enjoy a VIP Circa experience, starting with a two-course meal and glass of wine, before devising the storyline. A seasoned cast improvise a full length improvised play each night, from characters to climax. Never rehearsed and utterly unique. You don’t have to guess who’s coming to dinner – you get to decide.
Entrées
Cook strait crayfish head bisque, flaked moki, garlic toasts. (GF*)
Warm caramelised onion tart with goats cheese, honeyed pickled beetroot & watercress.
Mains
Mt Vic pine – roast lamb rump with tree tomato chutney jus, spinach, potato rosti & young turnips. (GF)
Roasted salmon fillet with leek fondue, desiree potato & meyer lemon butter sauce. (GF)
Pearl barley risotto with Parkvale mushrooms, confit of garlic & swiss chard.
Dessert
Whittaker’s chocolate mousse with Havana espresso sponge, Fantail Grove hazelnut & salted caramel sauce.
The tickets are for the evening of 17 August 2018 (6.30pm - 10.30pm) only and are not transferable.
