This is an exciting opportunity for a ticketing professional to join the Tāwhiri Festival and Experiences team in an interesting and varied role working within the Audience and Partnerships team which delivers the ticketing, marketing, partnerships, fundraising and philanthropy functions for the organisation.

We are looking for an efficient, organised individual to deliver sales, ticketing and audience services for the Aotearoa New Zealand Festival of the Arts and Wellington Jazz Festival.

We are looking for someone with exceptional written and verbal communications skills, proven experience in a customer facing role, both in person and on the telephone, a high level of computer literacy and exceptional attention to detail.  Our ideal candidate is agile and well organised, a team player, cool under pressure, great with people and is up for the challenges and rewards of working in a multi-event creative arts context. Previous experience using ticketing software would be an advantage but is not required.  Please view the job description for further info.

The Ticketing Executive is directly responsible to the Audience and Partnerships Associate.
